Všeobecené informácie
Komfortné apartmány v nádhernej lokalite na Lungauer Sonnseit'n vo výške 1.350 m nad morom. Všetky apartmány sú orientované na juh, s panoramatickým výhľadom na Nockberge. Časť z nich má balkón, takmer všetky ponúkajú z obývacích izieb nádherný pohľad na údolie. Viaceré terasy so stolmi, stoličkami a ležadlami a naša záhrada pozývajú na pobyt.

Zažite na chrbte našich Islandských koní v lete aj v zime rozmanitosť prírody! Pred našimi dverami sa začínajú nádherné a rozmanité jazdecké trasy.

Kirchnerhof je súbor dvoch impozantných budov a stajní na severnej strane na konci ulice. Deti môžu hrať bez obmedzení a bezpečne.

Na čítanie sa môžete urobiť pohodlie v sedacej skupine našej slnečnej zimnej záhrady. Deti môžu tam na dlhom stole s rohovým sedením tvoriť a hrať sa. Večer sa tu môžu stretávať väčšie skupiny. V zime zakúrime v otvorenom krbe. Máme malú knižnicu a rôznorodú zbierku hier.

V suteréne nájdete pohodlnú saunu s oddychovou miestnosťou. Priestor na uskladnenie lyží, bicyklov, jazdeckých topánok atď. je k dispozícii. Pri dlhších pobytoch môžete za malý poplatok používať našu práčku. Služba doručovania pečiva každý deň prináša čerstvé pečivo.

All of our apartments are spaciously designed, bright and comfortable. Their design and style varies slightly, as you will see from the floor plans and photos on the following pages.

In the interest of future guests and especially our smallest guests, all of our apartments are no-smoking.

Each apartment is equipped with a telephone, radio and TV. The kitchens are functionally equipped with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, and other standard kitchen equipment, along with refrigerator, range and oven, coffee maker and a toaster. Dish towels, brushes and detergents are also supplied, as are bedclothes and one set of towels per person per week. Breakfast roll delivery service.

Prices are calculated per apartment and day including all local and federal taxes, with bedclothes and towels supplied. Spa tax is not included, 1 € per day/person, children up to age 15 are free.

Extra sleeping in the living room, per person and day € 8 / for children up to age 12 € 5. Dogs € 5 per day.
Sauna € 5 per person, Set of extra towels € 2
Cancelation Deposit: € 100 for one week, € 150 for two weeks and € 200 for three weeks per apartment (will be withheld in the event of cancelation).
