General information

The villa, built in 1900, was lovingly transformed into an apartment house over a period of more than two years, with careful preservation and restoration of old building materials.

The 3 apartments for 2 – 11 people were constructed with the highest standards of building and living quality, offering our guests comfortable amenities. Living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, WC, modern kitchen equipped with oven and dishwasher, ski room, and boot dryer… further entertainment is provided by a flatscreen TV and Wi-Fi.

Our house is located directly in the historic town center of Mauterndorf, and you are just a few minutes away from various shops (bakeries, restaurants, supermarket, doctor) and Mauterndorf Castle. The ski bus stop is practically at the door. With the ski bus, you can reach the Grosseck-Speiereck ski area in just a few minutes, as well as the neighboring ski areas Aineck-Katschberg, Fanningberg, and Obertauern.

In summer, all guests receive the LungauCard for free, which allows you to enjoy a variety of activities at no cost.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation amidst the natural and mountain landscape in the sunny south of Salzburg in Mauterndorf.
